Terms and conditions of exchange and return

- If the customer wants to exchange the product without a defect in the product, the customer is responsible for the new shipping costs and return fees.

- In the event that the order has been shipped to the customer and he wants to cancel the order and get a refund, the shipping and return fees will be calculated and the remaining amount will be returned to the customer’s account after receiving the shipment from the shipping company within a maximum period of 7 working days.

- If the item is defective or does not match the website description, you have the right to exchange it and receive a new item free of charge.

- Orders outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not subject to return or exchange.
